Fine for a Hooters like experience

Sunday afternoon, I saw the Crystal City Restaurant & Gentleman's Club was open when few other options were during late afternoon and so I drove the short trip from DC to Crystal City, VA. There is no cover, which was nice and I hit the bathrooms initially which were sparkling and had just been cleaned. The club features their food and indeed it looked like a proper restaurant inside which just happens to have pole dancers.

About those pole dancers, they have two stages, one in the main room and one in the smoking lounge. However, this is a pasties club, and it really lowers the temperature in the room. The girls were cute and friendly, mostly 7 & 8's, but there is no revealing anything, just pasties, g-strings and a strict no-touch policy. Often in a bikini club the girls will encourage you to place the tip in their breasts and/or grind against you, but was all completely hands off at the Crystal City Restaurant & Gentleman's Club. They do offer 'private' dances starting at $60 for 10 minutes -- yikes. I didn't see anyone getting a private dance.

Drink prices were fine, it was happy hour and my beer was $5.25. After watching few dances and seeing nothing titillating, I left after just one beer. It's not a bad spot, if this is your scene. More like Hooters than a regular strip club.
