thumbs up
I stopped by on a Friday that wasn't expected to be very busy due to race weekend. Easy to find with a big parking lot. I walk up to the guy sitting outside and hand him my ID. He let me know he needed to pat me down, show ID inside. Umm, pat down? Turns out likely just a precaution, which I'm good with.
I paid a cover and walked in and noticed that the place is huge - easily the biggest strip club I've been. To the left is the main stage area with a VIP are tucked back in a corner. Bar to the right, and around the bar another huge area as big as the main stage section and had TVs, pool tables, etc. The main stage area consists of a stage with a pole and a runway with a pole, then a separate small stage with a pole as well. On this night there were not many people, so it felt pretty cavernous. The people I asked said it is rockin' on normal weekends with all chairs full.
I sat down at the bar. And sat there. And sat there. Maker's mark was the only bourbon, so I ordered it neat and it arrived in a plastic cup as if I'm supposed to shoot it. My face must have said it all as she said 'is that ok?' Yeah, I can deal. My interaction at the bar was disappointing, but really the only disappointment of the night. I was approached by a dancer, had a very good conversation and a dance. She wasn't my type, but was awesome nonetheless. I sat down at one of the booths in the main stage area and caught the eye of a dancer more my style, bought a drink, enjoyed her company, and went for a dance. Dances always vary, but were good overall. I was bit afraid to explore with my hands as the VIP area is very bright and there is a big dude staring right at you. While my type, she was a 'fast dancer', which isn't my type. Ladies, a slow grind beats crushing my pelvis so that it hurts to walk the next day. To each their own i guess.
