sinclair's Review
I went to Keta’s Bar on a Tuesday night around 22:00. This ‘bar de danseuses’ is located in the backwoods northeast of Edmundston. There was no cover charge to enter. Keta’s Bar is pretty much a dive bar where the local young folks hang out and a few female entertainers ply their trade. The bar is along the back wall. A stage with a pole is on the far left end of the room. A pool table is on the right side of the room near the washrooms. Five video slot machines were dispersed throughout the room. Bottles and cans of Budweiser were $6.25. Chips, candy bars, and Ramen noodles were available for the hungry. Music is played off of a TouchTunes jukebox.
There were two entertainers working on Tuesday night. Christina was a Eastern European from Montreal. She had blonde hair and blue eyes and was probably in her upper 30’s. Angela was of African descent and was from Quebec City. She had long, straight red hair and nice C cup breasts. She looked like she was still in her 20’s. I’m not sure you could call the women here dancers, since they did not dance on the stage once the entire time I was inside. Keta’s is an extras club, so the female talent offers sloppy toppy and bang bang rather than lap dances. I was quoted $100 for head and $200 for full service. Christina was very pushy to take me back to one of the confessionals, but I had no interest as I’d rate her a 4.5. Angela was either in the dressing room or with a regular the entire time, so I did not get to interact with her. I’d rate her a solid 7.5.
People in this part of New Brunswick speak French as their first language, but most can also communicate in English fluently or close to fluently as a second language. Even without getting slob on your knob like corn on the cob, Keta’s is an entertaining rural dive bar in and of itself. I will drop in for a couple beers the next time I am in the area.
