A good time on a weeknight

It's a bit out of character for me, but I've been hitting up some clubs in the evenings lately. One of those clubs was Dean's Gold. I was in Miami hanging out with a buddy who had recently finalized his divorce with a settlement he found to be favorable; he was treating and he's got more money than sense. I should also add the disclaimer that we had been doing some day drinking and weren't exactly sober, which is why the Uber. We hit a few clubs, first up was DG. We arrived by Uber around 9pm, I can't comment on pricing but pre-COVID it was $5 to park if memory serves. Inside, there was a $20 cover collected by a cute door girl. No pat downs but security was there like they may decide to pat you down depending on their mood or your appearance.

Inside, the club is very nicely appointed, clean, and well kept. Our waitress was an absolute knock out, a blast, and pretty good at service as well. She bought us our cocktails, which were 12-14 for us but the girls were all a few bucks more, closer to 20. He was paying, and I wasn't paying that much attention but I don't think there was an up-charge for dancer drinks, the girls just ordered fancy shit. The DJ was pretty unobtrusive, he said something in between every song but it was mostly announcing girls and some marketing type stuff touting rooms & bottles. It was nice that he spoke between songs because otherwise it would have been hard to distinguish between them. They had just opened at 8 or so, but was already two girls on the main stage. There was a 2nd stage that wasn't in use while we where there and another area I didn't really get a good look at that I think had another pole but it might have been literally smoke & mirrors.
