Rating explainations:

Gave a 6 for the price because $10 cover when nobody is dancing and only one girl seems high, but the quality would justify it, if it was going...

Gave an 8 for people because the the one dancer was HOT.

I went to Lipsticks cabaret around 5:30pm on a Wednesday. Turns out I was way early it would seem. I was kinda amused when I had read that it was the “#1 strip club in Eastern Oklahoma” I tried to come up with ANY major city other than Tulsa in “Eastern Oklahoma” and their aren’t any. OKC is central at best. So anyway, I go in and the layout is the same as the old Cloud 9 which used to be there. For those of you who never were there, it’s pretty simple. As you come in the bar is by the door Just past that are the restrooms and then then main stage. The dark corner that the girls used to take you to for a more private lapdance is still there, only now it’s the location for a Premium Lapdance ($45 I think). That being said, they have apparently put a lot of money into the location and upgraded just about everything. The chairs and tables are new. The bar has been given an upgrade.
