GGR still has it

First time back at gograma since Covid. I enjoyed it for sure. There are some changes - do they make it a better experience ....not exactly. But it’s hard to expect things to be the same ...so I’ll take it.

First the layout and layout changes have been described here over and over so I don’t need to do it again. What I will say about the layout change at the stage is that they did a really nice job of making it look classy. The plexiglass looks permanently installed to the ceiling and stage. It looked as if they gave thought to how it could become a classy permanent fixture instead of how most places have put up temporary plexiglass. The downside is that each patron gets a low but widish hole to tip through. Interaction is much more limited with the stage dances.

One of the great things about GGR is that you can chill at the bar with a soda or water (no alchohol) and just watch the dances for a while. It’s very laid back. This has not changed.
