Pricey, but it's the only game in town

A friend of mine recently moved to Wilmington and he had been wanting to check out the only club in town, Cheetah. It was Friday night and the state had just relaxed restrictions on night clubs so cheetah would be open from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. We showed up at about 9:00 p.m. The parking lot was will lit, felt very safe. The club is located near several car dealers and shopping centers.

This was my first time at a club since COVID. You had to wear a mask in the door, but once inside I only saw 1 person (a dancer) with a mask. Admission on a Friday evening was $15 and they do scan your ID (hate that).

When we walked in the club was maybe 25% full. Some guys were at the bar, some at the stage, some in chairs. We took a couple seats along the sidewall. It appears that the girls do two songs on the main stage, the first in bikini, the second song is topless. There was a second stage but it was not in use.
