Wilmington Wontmington

I was in Wilmington for work and decided to get a cab over. I read here this was the only game in town and expensive. I agree, but had fun. Lyft and Uber didn’t seem super prevalent, I found a reputable company on Google, Pyramid Cab. 10 minute ride and the manger chased the driver down to have her sign something and get $5 for dropping me off. I guess a perk?

Got there about 9 PM on a Wednesday. A bunch of street clothes dancers were just walking in. Manager was outside and directed me in. Door girl had to radio and make sure my off-white shirt was ok, they approved. Cover was $15, I paid with $100 and they gave me singles. I thought about it after and I forgot to tip her… Two drink minimum, $8.50 a pop for vodka sodas.

I walked in and the place had typical strip club feel. A little cleaner than I expected, wide open, stage to the center, bar to the left. Only a couple of old guys when I walked in and a dancer on stage. Lighting was good, DJ just introduced girls and nothing else. Manager walked over to get me a drink and said the girls were just getting ready. 5 minutes later and 4-5 came pouring out.
