Disappointing, especially for a Saturday night

I started this wonderful trip into the club by being subjected to full metal detector treatment, including being required to empty my pockets. This is more common in some areas, but not so much here in J'ville and did not bode well for what was to come.

Before I start with the bad stuff, first a few positives. The inside of the club was very nice. There was a long narrow stage dominated the center and they sometimes had as many as 3 girls on stage. On either side of the stage was a row of tables with chairs and behind each row of chairs was a long bar on each side of the club with comfortable seats. In the back of the club was also a decent sized "pool room" where a couple of people were indeed playing pool with a dancer. The bathroom was both clean and absent a bathroom troll.

So already less than thrilled by the TSA procedures required to get in, my displeasure continued when I paid $16 for a double Jack on the rocks. The $11 that they apparently charge for a single is what their closest competitors charge for a double. Now in some areas that actually would not be horrible, but here in J'ville that is out of line.
