Appears from the latest posts that Follies is no longer with us. It makes me want to review my last visit there at the first of the year. As usual on a Saturday night the place was jam packed and most of the dancers were black, with a few white dancers on duty. I sat at the bar to have a beer. Several dancers came by while I watched to stage dancers. Several of the dancers would rate a 7 or 8. I got a few dances while sitting there at the bar. The dancers gave a good grind and all were very "hands on". I had been there for about an hour or so when a fight broke out and someone yelled "he's got a gun". Needless to say, all hell broke loose as everyone headed for the exits. No shots were fired that I am aware of. I managed to get out of the club and get my car from the valet. Despite the unplanned excitement, I enjoyed the visit to the club and will miss it when I again visit Atlanta. Follies, RIP!
