4th of July scouting (closed on date). Figure out the correct turns/route ahead of time! Jersey barrier doesn't allow conventional left turns. I ended up passing it twice.
It's snugly located in a business strip along a busy road. The parking lot is decent size for a few dozen cars or more. Although the entire area was dark due to COVID, during regular times it would likely be well lit.
So while I can't confirm safety factor, nothing seemed to make me hesitate to enter (if it were open).
