Quick check-in - Reason for optimism !

I'm a longtime customer here - although I post much less often than I visit including in normal (pre-COVID) years.

This year is obviously an exception. I hobby (Clubs etc) much much less often. This is for obvious reasons. Crazy times this year (duh) and who can believe this would last 6 months and counting when it started ?

In any case, Bogie's is one of my favorite places when I am up North. Since retirement (ok - semi-retired) I spent a few months this past winter (till the pandemic hit)in southeast Florida, but honestly I still haven't connected with the SC scene down there yet.

I visited the place two days ago. I hadn't been there in quite a while. I checked out recent reviews here and I had an idea of what to expect in the way of our Governor's most recent pronouncements. (Heck, at least these places are open !) So my expectations were already muted, so to speak, over and above the usual expectations that this place even in normal times is hit & miss, with highly highly variable quality of talent of entertainers at any given time.
