Wednesday evening visit

Decided to check out Rockstar on a Wednesday evening. It is owned by the same people as Hollywood, but it's run a little bit differently This club is located on a main-ish road in the retail area of a residential neighborhood. Safe area, plenty of parking on the side and in back. I arrived around 7pm.

When you walk in the front door, you go up a couple steps to the bouncer's stand. There was no cover at this hour. Had a temperature scan, checked and scanned ID. I was asked where I wanted to sit, so I chose the bar. You have to keep your mask on when moving around the club, but can take it off when you sit down. Seating is spaced out at the bar and the hightops so you're no less than 6ft away from your neighbor.

Bar layout: When you walk in and go up the steps, the stage is right in front of you. It's kind of a runway oval stage with a pole in the middle and a large ring at one end for the dancers to hang off of. Seating around the stage is spread out and there is hanging plexiglass all around the stage with gaps at the bottom for tips. The plexiglass does not run up to the ceiling though, so it's not the sauna the Hollywood's stage is for the dancers. To the left side of the stage is the bar. Past the bar on the left would be the VIP area (normally $120/15mins, dark booths) that isn't currently in use. To the right of the stage is the general lapdance area, also not in use, the bathrooms, and a $60/10 minutes vip area (lit up by neon). No dances going on here at all right now, aside from some table dances. I didn't inquire about the price of those. There were 4 dancers on that night: 1 AA. with DDs, 2 white girls, and one hispanic girl with A cups. I spoke with the hispanic girl. Her name was Xena. Good conversation, good on the stage, wish lap dances had been available.
