Nice enough
Stopped in Portland for a day in the midst of a long, long drive, and found out that Acropolis was open again. Stopped in to get some dinner and eye candy, and to see what was happening with COVID reactions, etc.
Inside, the place is the same as always, a little dingy but fine. Security was friendly enough. The 4th stage (in a little built-on addition) was walled off, and the #2 and 3 stages weren't in use. The main stage was it (and the chairs at the rail were gone). You can sit at a number of tables surrounding the rail from a few feet away instead. No obvious waitresses, just the one bartender, who was doing the lord's work that night acting as bartender, waitress, video-lottery-machine-unlocker, and briefly, dancer on her way across the stage area a couple times. Maybe 12 patrons, including a cluster of college girls, a couple loners, and a weird group of possible foreign exchange dudes who were just really, really taken by the video-lottery machines and nothing else whatsoever.
Menu is reduced a bit for COVID it seems, but they've got most of their standards - sirloin meal is $9 still, and not bad at all. A coke was another 3 i believe.
