TL;DR : Dayshift at Emperors. No cover charge. Mask wearing encouraged but not highly enforced. Had lunch which totaled to $19 for two people, a bottle of Corona and a cup of coffee with a double shot of Bailey's were $12. Dance price might have changed again(?), so double check with your dancer.
