Returned to CCR after the COVID re-opening... tried their VIP's this time...

... I was back in town in late June/early July for about 10 days, so I decided to check back in on CCR (as well as PaperMoon - see separate review for that one) to see how things were shaping up after the COVID re-opening in late June.

CCR is a fairly small club. Upon entering, I pretty much noticed that the main thing that had changed since pre-Covid is that pretty much every other table was blocked off, and that seating right up near the bar area was pretty heavily reduced or restricted - so especially right now, it may be difficult to get a seat depending on your arrival time. It can also at times get a bit stuffy and hot, particularly in the summer. And not surprisingly, pretty much nobody was wearing masks once you get inside (not even the wait staff or bar staff, from what I could tell - except maybe like 1-2 of the cooks or etc.). So, if you're squeamish about that - you may want to pass on CCR. for now. But, if you haven't been scared off yet, read on...

As mentioned in prior reviews, CCR has both a smoking section and a non-smoking section. Both were open with the exception of the "every other table" being blocked off due to Covid. The dancers were attractive, cute, and fairly friendly. During these visits the two dancers I had the most fun with - and spent the most time with - were Bianca (a younger/newer dancer) and Isabella. Bar and wait staff were very attentive and friendly, especially the one main bartender/house mom named "Neut". Drink and food prices were fairly reasonable, all things considered. The club has a pretty informal, chill, unpretentious vibe. More like a "neighborhood bar with strippers". VIP dance prices are also listed on a laminated card that you can inspect - basically it's on a sliding scale based on duration. Their prices for VIP are better than PaperMoon, but the logistics and number(s) of room(s) or locations are not as good, given the small size of the club itself.
