My first trip to Bucktails was a pleasant surprise! The club opened about 6 months ago, and I dreaded that it would not survive the Covid shut-down and I'd never get to visit. Bucktails is easy to find, and very accessible. A quick jog off of State Highway 70. Outside appearance is that of a typical northwoods tavern, however with flashing lights and thumping music. Upon entering, you are led through velvet ropes and greeted with a doorman sporting a red velvet vest and bow tie to accept your $10 cover charge. It seemed a bit out of place for rural Oneida County, the place can be classy without being forced.
Beyond the ropes, the northwoods tavern motif continues, however the place appeared flooded with lovely women in various stages of undress. While rustic, the interior is clean and well lit. All furniture is new and tasteful. Decor included an ode to the legendary Weasels club which has been defunct for some time. Bartenders are friendly and hot. Beers were $4. A large smoking deck overlooks the woods, and several of the ladies were enjoying the beautiful evening while feeding their nicotine habits. The girls were a delightful mix of races, ages, and body types, including some absolutely gorgeous dancers with flawless bodies and actual pole skills. Something for everyone. Several female patrons were present, and appeared eager to display their wares as well, which was appreciated by all.
I had a great time and can't wait to return.
