Found one! Post Corvid visit.
After a mostly disappointing stop at another club, I pulled into Silver Dollar about 3:30 last Saturday afternoon. (See my previous review for more details on facility, lay out, etc.)
Changes since then: Many – two thirds? – of the chairs, tables, and booths have been removed to spread things out. No stools at bar, bar is marked every six feet with a piece of tape to designate a ‘space’. So is the circular stage. All staff, including dancers are wearing masks (as am I), so I feel more comfortable than at previous stop. Patrons number, oh, 5 – 8 during my time there. Couple older guys like me, some younger, couple Hispanic guys. Later on a young m/f couple take a table and watch. A third or so of customers are wearing masks, everyone stays with their little group or by themselves.
Not changed from visit last year: Plenty of free parking, fairly dark club, flashing lights are annoying, music is loud (I asked once if it could be turned down, idea curtly dismissed). No cover charge, drink $ the same, my water $4, saw someone get a simple mixed drink, he dropped maybe 7 ones on bar. Only main stage in use.
