Wisconsin just pulled the restrictions and allowed bars and restaurants to reopen. I was surprised that there were virtually no restrictions. Dancers and bartenders were supposed to be wearing masks. They weren't. The bartenders and barbacks did wear gloves. There were only 3 dancers working…
