A Warm-Up At The "Hottest" Club In Miami.

Before all of this virus drama ensued, I was (and still am) dealing with car insurance drama after a very stressful car accident. A month earlier, I took advantage of JetBlue’s 20th Anniversary sale and got a major steal of only paying $38 for a flight to and from Fort Lauderdale for two days in the first week of March. This was definitely a brief vacation I needed to take.

This was my very first visit ever to any part of So. Flo, so I was blind to a degree on the club scene in general even though I’ve heard very good things about them in cities such as Pompano and Miami. I turned to TUSCL to get some information on my surroundings and have made plans with the charming Papi Chulo to be his arm candy for the evening if he could give me a monger tour of some of the clubs in the area. We met up, exchanged pleasantries, and started off the club-hopping venture at Tootsies Cabaret.

A lot of people - including non-TUSCLers - that have clubbed in Miami spoke highly of Tootsies, and all I could go by until this evening was that it was huge and had a vast number of visually appealing ladies. Apparently, the building used to be an old BJ’s warehouse, and one giveaway of that was the open door to the garage parking - which I believe is only for the staff. After parking, we speed-walked up to the entrance because it was just about to hit 8 PM which is the time they start charging a cover for the night shift. Thankfully we made it just in time to where we didn’t have to pay to enter, so all that was needed was for one of the bouncers to check my ID and do a brief bag search and a pat-down of my male companion before we were clear to enter.
