Communication Is Key ... Except To This Girl.

It’s been quite a while since I got to do some clubbing where the experience wasn’t so repetitive. Even though I’ve taken a long break from regular interaction and writing on TUSCL, I still get messages from lurkers and the like.

For this particular Monday night, I had the pleasure of going on a night into town with Woodstock after he informed me not too long before that he’d be in town just for one evening. I warned him ahead of time that Monday evenings were very mellow at the majority of clubs save for Wackos, but regardless I was more than happy to accompany him and see what all has changed with the club scene. This meeting happened around the end of January (pre-virus drama), and I don’t think that I’ve been out clubbing for the fun of it in about 9 months. The times I’ve been clubbing between my last review and then were really nothing to write home about.

After a somewhat short but sweet stop at Emperors to start off our night of club-hopping, we decide to go to Centerfolds to give the alcohol in our systems a nicer boost. No matter what condition this club is in, I always vouch for their bartenders. They have had numerous amounts of visual renovations done to the interior, exterior, and the private dance area since I was last there to party (probably a year and a half ago?). The building is now painted a blaring orange on the outside with neon lights around the sign beside it, so it’s pretty hard to miss driving passed it on US-1 now. There didn’t use to be a lot of people that went here as it is like a dive bar more than a strip club, but since improvements have been made I notice that the parking lot is almost full every single night of the week. Girls I know that formerly work there have told me that all of the patrons that come in only go in to drink and treat the girls more like background props. So that much hasn’t really changed.
