Small, run-down, smokey, and deafening, with mediocre dancers, but inexpensive
I was going basically past The Body on my way back to my hotel after being at Dean's Gold, so I swung in a bit after midnight. Parking was a challenge in a small lot in slight disrepair. Outside I was met with a pat down by a guy in a tactical vest. There was a $15 cover. That's not what's listed here. I don't know if I was ripped off or the cover just varies.
The Body is a much smaller club, and felt even smaller with a low ceiling. There's a central bar and the stage, if you want to call it that, was inside the square of the bar. The bartender was friendly, and gave me a Coke without charging me. There's a back/side room with a pool table and a few seats around the edges of the room. It was very smokey, and the music was cripplingly loud.
There were maybe ten dancers, all black (as were all of the other patrons). A few were curvy, most artificially so. A couple were more petite, though they were significantly less toned/fit than those at Dean's. If you prefer only black and/or heavy dancers, or like curves regardless of enhancements, those working were ok, but for me they were a step below those at Dean's (though many there were also surgically enhanced).
