R.I.P...The New Body Shop Has Closed It's Doors.

I thought it might be worthwhile to mention that The New Body Shop has been closed now a couple months and as I understand it there are no plans to reopen. Unfortunately to get that one simple fact out here for anyone to see, I have to write a "lengthy enough" review to get it published, and since I can't review a place that had the doors locked and I could not get into, I'll talk a bit about it's history.

First, I really don't think anyone will miss, or possibly even notice the place has closed. At best there would be 3 or 4 unmotivated dancers who were basically working the bottom of the barrel clubs and most of the customers didn't even bother to watch the show, or rather the lack of it, that was on stage. The club had been there for years, and I'd have liked to have seen some new owners/management come in and turn it around but I guess that won't happen. Venus is now the only strip club left (out of 3) in town, and it's about typical of a small town strip club...not really worth the time or extra money.

Bottom line is...This club is closed, and unlikely to reopen, at least as a strip club.
