Dropped By to See if Anything Changed
This review could be very short and I could answer that question (did anything change) with a simple no. You know you are in trouble when as soon as you walk in (and before you pay the entrance fee) the staff warn you and say that there is only one girl working at the moment.
I won't go into great lengths to describe the interior of the club - just read my previous reviews (and those of others). Nothing has changed. Same 1980's decor and 1970's furniture. Same restrooms in a semi-permanent state of repair (which never happens), same musty smells, etc. The pro's are that Tuxedo's still has cheap canned beer you can buy "around the corner" just outside a rear door to the place (the staff will walk you out to get it with you); and the staff are generally pretty friendly.
This early evening they had 1.5 employees on the floor (the doorman/security/beer seller guy; and someone who was a customer but also playing tunes or something and trying to call some girl to come into work). It was a bit odd but that is the norm here. They had only one girl working (well lady, as she has a couple decades of experience in already), Meghan. She is quite pleasant, thin, sort of odd shaped bolt-on's, and eager to please. Not much of a dancer but she can hold a conversation well so I sat with her as I drank my beer and watched some sports on TV, tipped her, and then headed the heck out of there.
