This place used to be Lady Godiva's, my favorite strip club in Tulsa. A friend and I stopped there around 11:00 on a Saturday night in early July. What a difference! I hated it! The new owners took a great place and completely ruined it. What was once an open, roomy place has been turned into a cramped, uncomfortable mess. Picture a low budget porn movie's depiction of a "strip club" (flat, featureless black walls with a few cheap chairs and tables) and you will have a good idea of the new decor. The tables are crummy looking and too close together. You're basically in the next guy's lap, which isn't exactly what I'm going there for!

We got there just as they had gathered all of the girls onstage for the "special" dance for guys that were there for their birthday or bachelor party. That gave me a chance to look at all of the dancers (all 6 or 7 of them) that were there that night. They weren't bad looking (6s or 7s), but most of them looked like they were bored, or would rather have been somewhere else.

The club serves food but I don't remember exactly what items were offered or what the prices were. I do remember the smell though. The entire club had the aroma of burnt grease. If you've ever been in the kitchen of a poorly ventilated fast food place you know what I mean. Just awful.

I can't comment on the quality of the lapdances or how much contact you can get just because after 15 minutes I had to get out of there. I can't see myself going back to Elysium. There are far better strip clubs in Tulsa. Night Trips is probably the best if you can get there early.
