Camelot is a pleasant, low key show bar - understand that and set your expectations for the area and you’ll have a good time.

As many have noted, Camelot and Mpire Club are about 50 feet apart from each other in the upscale DuPont Circle neighborhood in DC NW. From the Metro Red Line Dupont Circle stop, the clubs are about a 5 minute walk downhill. Be sure to exit the station by following the signs for the “South” exit (NOT Q St.). There is a Wells Fargo ATM just to the left of the station exit if you need some cash. Pro-tip, it’s an uphill walk from the Farragut North station. There are a few homeless and panhandlers, but nothing to be concerned with in this neighborhood.
