Has the decline begun at Wackos?

Hit it on a Saturday a few weeks ago. Parking, even in daylight, was an issue but found a spot. There wasn't another one to be found.

Inside, the decor, particularly the chairs, is starting to show some wear and tear. Time for the owners to reinvest in the property a little because it looks bad.
