Only Worth It On $10 Dance Mondays

After reading some positive reviews of the Monday night action, I decided to give it a try. The facilities haven't changed much since the remodel about 15 years ago: Rectangular room, small bar on your right when you walk in, main stage along the long left wall, two side stages near the short walls. There really isn't a ton of seating and it can get crowded fast, but on this night (fairly early -- maybe 7:30-ish) it was about half full.

One of my complaints about this place is that they nickle-and-dime you ever since they went from full nude juice bar to topless with alcohol about five years ago. That also hasn't changed. Cover was $15, highest in the NW Indiana / south Chicago suburbs, at least for a Monday night. I also paid $6, including tip, for a bottle of water, which I had to fight my way to the bar to get because no waitress ever came around. (And although the room itself had ample seating, the bar, with only four seats, was packed.)

But at least on Monday nights, the over-pricing approach does not extend to the dances, as they are $10 each. And I cannot complain about the attractiveness of the women. There were at least a dozen women walking around and almost all were in the 8-10 range. They also made the rounds instead of just talking to one guy or sitting with their friends. There were a number I would have been happy to get dances with, enough that early one I had to turn one away who was really hot just to wait to see all the available options.
