Pleasant surprise

Had been meaning to try out the PO for awhile. Had always passed it up for other clubs in the area, maybe because of its somewhat dingy exterior. But on this day, had some time to kill so I thought why not try it out.

As described elsewhere, club is in a semi-industrial part of town, major thoroughfares nearby, car dealerships, a couple other often-reviewed clubs down the street. Exterior suggests it might be divey inside. Ample parking, you can park around the back so your car is not totally in plain sight of the main road.

Inside was nicer than I expected, which is to say that I expected a dive, but it was actually totally fine, though of course not ritzy and somewhat dated. No cover. Not overly dark, basic set up with bar taking up most real estate, stage in the middle, patrons all around the bar, kind of like PH or the Cheerleaders in NJ. $5 soda. Even at 2p on a Monday, seemed do be about 8-10 patrons, mostly blue collar, some businessmen. At first glance, only ~4 dancers, all WOC on this day, ranging from couple 5-6’s and couple 7-8’s. Having done my research, I recognized some of the names from other reviews (very helpful to know what you’re getting into).
