A jacket/coat/sweater or even sport coat removal policy in the wintertime of Chicago is completely overkill. Some men choose these garments as part of their outfits and the overall experience. I spend $300-500 each night I go, which is 2-3 nights per week...the least amount of dignity you could show me is allowing me to maintain my outfit. If zippers are an issue on costs for dancers, then maybe you could change the rule to no coats or zipper items worn during dances..?
