Pass on the mermaid

I usually wait until after I get home to write up a trip report but in this case I want to share this from last night in order to hopefully save a bro from a poor time.

Logistics: crossed Pedwest around 8:00pm on Saturday night. I showed my global entry card in hopes of avoiding another stamp on my passport. The agent asked if I have the passport book and I responded that it was in my backpack and would take a couple mins to get to but I did have it. (Which was true). He just waved me through instead. This is the second time this has worked for me. It’s worth a shot if you don’t want a stamp.

After checking in at Cascadas and hitting oxxo for water and a monster, I headed into HK around 10pm. I’m not much of a Saturday night fan but a little rain outside kept it from being as crowded as usual on Sat. You could walk around if you tried.
