Whoops
I saw on the website that a dancer named Chanel would be there. Since I'd danced with a woman at Synn City Of Industry named Chanel, and the clubs are owned by the same group, I'd see my Chanel at Rio. Same website = Consistent and unique names. Chanel is a stunning, tall, AA dancer with a ridiculous body.
The neighborhood was industrial and concrete. Not very welcoming, but not dangerous as far as I could tell in the afternoon. But it's not pretty. The club itself was being refurbished and rebuilt, so it's hard to determine what it's like without tarps and dust and half the room blocked off. It was not a pleasant place to enter. Zero customers, and not visible dancers when I crossed the threshold. A small bar in the far back corner, two levels of tables and benches for customers. It's a good job they are redecorating because the place is horribly outdated. Like something from the 60's. And not the cool 60's. The cheesy, smarmy 60's. But, that's not why I'm there. I made the journey to meet with Chanel.
After about 5 or 10 minutes of sitting, I'm approached by a dancer, the first I've seen. She's Latina, very pleasant, short and round. Not my type, apart from her congeniality. She offered a dance and I said I was looking for Chanel. She smiled and said she wasn't sure if there was a girl by that name there. She got up to ask another dancer. By now there were three draped at the bar. All of whom were round. The dancer returned and said there WAS a Chanel in the back, she'd go get her. Sweet.
