Very Aggressive Dancers

After leaving Sapphire I walked over to Spearmint, about 15-minute walk. So, Tuesday night of thanksgiving week (10 pm – 1 am). In this case, I was asked for my ID outside and given a quick pat down. Walked in and went to cashier, $54, asked about arriving on foot, did not care. $54. So, I guess for SR, the best option is to take the limo service they offer.

The set up of the club is as follows, walk in down a hallway (with many dancers – more on that later). Small bar to your right, straight down the hall is the men’s room. From the bar on the right – to the left is the main stage, some stage seating. Long bench seats along the front and back wall – floor dances are usually down here. Bunch of tables around. If you walk past this section – they have another seating area and I guess a VIP seating area. In the back is a large bar with stools to sit and has to small circular stages. I think the stage rotation is a couple of songs on each stage.

I was still drinking water ($6), not a bad deal, bartenders were friendly and efficient. The place had a good crowd the entire time. I would say about 30-40 dancers were working. Mostly average again with a handful of stand outs. But this place is not for the weak. Very aggressive I think I had 20 girls in my first ten minutes ask me for a dance. 1 or 2 sat and talked to me but the rest were hi, wanna dance. They meet you at the door and either try to drag you to a table to or the VIP dance room. Many times, working on pairs, probably easy prey on the drunk guys. Sitting at the back bar, you could hear the DJ announce when the limo arrived at the back door. And it was funny to watch girls scramble to the back door to latch onto a guy. Again, did not have any dances and was not told any process. Had my eye on fours girls, but they were busy the whole time. Not sure if there what the dancer shifts are here or they can come and go. Saw an Asian girl when I walked in and didn’t see her again the rest of the night. Most of the girls only asked you one time if you wanted a dance and didn’t bother you the rest of the night, with the exception of a few, one girl came back to me 5 times. So, if you turn someone down and want a dance you will probably have to pursue if you had previously turned her down. I was told that is was very slow.
