Wanted a warm up

It was a cold Midwest evening and I was in the area so i figured I would stop in and try to warm up. No cover, I think it was their free admission night or they just didn't have anyone manning the door. It was a little after 8 and I figured the bar would empty, but there were a few guys watching the game at the bar, chatting up the bartender. Bartender was running a $3.50 Domestic Beer special. There were a couple ladies on the floor and they would occasionally go up on stage. I know there were a couple more there, but they didn't really come out of the booths. I chatted up a nice brunette girl for a while, young, with kind of a baby fat appearance. Not 'Fat', just a little bit more full figured than you average stick dancers. She was nice and offered a dance for $20, but I wasn't in the mood for bubbly, nice. Tipped her a few while she sat there and tipped a bit when someone was on stage. Tried to wait to see if the others would come out from back, but it looks like they settled in with their regulars for the long haul. Finished up my drink and left about $30 lighter.
