Not the worse place to kill a couple hours

The club's layout has two floors, each with a different vibe. Upstairs is a party-like atmosphere, big stage (but not always girls dancing, seems like they go up when they feel like it), bunch of private booths, a bar with a few stools to the left when you enter, and a pool table in the back. Lots of girls up here, but the dances are pretty tame. Nice place to grab a been, watch the scene and maybe get a dance or two from one of the ladies, anywhere from 4-7 with the occasional 8.

Downstairs is a totally different vibe. Fewer girls, less space, so more packed, just one area to sit at - around the bar. There are a couple rooms on the right side as you enter the downstairs, with a few couches or chairs, and girls. But not sure exactly what these rooms are for. The bar is a good place to sit and have a beer. There's a small stage, but no real show going on, except once in a while when a girl feels like it. Otherwise, it's more about getting dances down here. But lots of girl just hang with the same guy for a long time, so not always that much movement. Eventually, most of the girls circulate though.

I know there's a VIP in the lower floor too, but I've never seen anyone going in or come out. Does anyone know what the deal is - price, type of action, value, etc.?
