The Planet

By all accounts, Friday is the best night to visit this place (although you'll have to deal with the live musical entertainment that they've recently started). If you can deal with the increased volume you'll have a good time.

That said, this visit was on a Saturday evening, which historically is almost always dead (but band-free). This one was no exception, with three dancers on shift: Cassandra, a heavy set Spaniard who seems to be here practically every night (she's a little bit interesting the first time you meet her; after that, not so much); Tiffany, a thin American who seems to have a different wig on each time I've seen her; and Gina, formerly of Rest-a-Bit, who just annoys the shit out of me.

Bartender was Sarah (sweet girl who was very attentive to my drinking needs!). Cassandra and Gina were working the bar area when I arrived. Cassandra tried cozying up to me for a massage or dance. Wasn't interested in either from her, and it took her awhile to finally disappear. Gina came by a couple of times spouting some pseudo-English bullshit, and I gave her a couple of bucks just to go away. I didn't know at the time, but Tiffany was in the LD area with some dude the whole time that I had been sitting there, and she finally popped out after about 30 minutes. I considered doing a dance with her as I've had some unexpectedly good dances with her in the past, however she continued to hang out with the guy who she just finished with, so nothing was going to go down as far as I was concerned this evening.
