Closed chained and padlocked for a year

The place is closed. Busted for deugs and prostitution, in local news they ruled in court that the place is to be padlocked for a year and all fixtures sold off.

Not much more to say, its in Detroit on 8 mile and it is well known that curtains in vip are no longer allowed in detroit proper so I didnt think anyone in a detroit club was doing extras. Apparently i was wrong, but i would not think anyone would take their chances.
