Look I have been critical before of this club and give it another try. This night it was hopping. Three guys hanging out at the door at a bar long abandoned, I get waved in no cover as it is late. I get inside and I am serious, as crowded as I have seen it in a couple years. I take a place at the bar as you walk in and behind me is their version of VIP, but there is some really hot action going on there and as I note it, Chastity says hi, you new (no) I have been here 6 years (really??) and she tries to get the proverbial drink at high high prices, like don't even suggest the $18 one anymore just dump the water on the floor. She was cool, but the place was so crowded the ration girls to guys was not in my advantage. Lots of AA and excessive amounts of Rap music as some chicks danced on the stage, but as I said the action was in VIP two were hot. My drink was quite reasonable though prices are up maybe one or two dollars, they treat that fine. Bathroom is and always will be a disaster, door always open and radiator clamps holding important water parts in place. Paper towels worked so, ok. Parking outside was readily available, and there were quite a few millenial couples hanging out and having their picture taken with the marque. Only got to chat with bartender and two girls, quite friendly but tonight was too AA for me with music that was I would call thug. Has been and continues to be a place to explore just park on the street and pop in, see what is going on and play your game. Tonight was solid as was across the street, best in years, though that place is not listed on TUSCL these days, they open late and seriously, that one too was hopping. About 8 girls all varieties and two consumed in VIP activity upon arrival and drink prices the same. T
The night restored faith that there is life in Newport.
