Desperately seeking....

I had visited R I Dolls recently to get a feel for the club. A dancer with whom I spent a great deal of time and money several years ago had sent me a text message explaining why she hadn’t been dancing and then some personal information and then told me that she had auditioned and would be working at RI Dolls. I arrived at the club at about 4:00 pm

and there was no sign of my friend, Eliza.

So, as I entered there was a gentleman at the kiosk and I asked if there was a cover charge and there wasn’t. He was as cordial and welcoming as was possible and frankly everyone with whom I interacted was that way.

I sat at the bar and ordered a Captain & Coke ($8.00 + $2.00 tip). Annabelle approached and sat next to me at the bar and I bought her a drink, “the same as he’s having - what is it?) She is a cute, petite woman and she has worked at a couple of the Providence clubs and explained why she preferred “Dolls”. She felt the club had a slower pace, a more consistent clientele, and less pressure for extras.

I said that I thought we should spend some time together to prove her premise. We went downstairs where all of the private dances happen. The price list is posted on the wall and has prices for dances topless or nude. Then the same for VIP for 15 minutes or 30 minutes. I really didn’t pay much attention to prices and hesitate to include prices here if I’m unsure. Annabelle joined me for 15 minutes nude and I think I paid $165. The downstairs area is clean with open seating for lap dances and booths with beaded curtains for VIP. It was a very good dance with two way touching but she set specific parameters on touching which were fine. After the 15 minutes I went into the men’s room near the entrance and as I came out I bumped into Eliza. We had miscommunicated the time and she was just arriving. I said I’d like to be the first for a dance. I went to the bar to wait and she came over and explained that she needed to meet with the manager. They sat at a table near the entry for about 1/2 hour. When. She was done she joined me with a hug and a kiss on my cheek. I bought her a drink -some type of lemon martini ($13.00 + $2.00 tip)
