Mynx Cabaret

Went to Mynx Cabaret on a Wednesday night. The neighborhood seemed fine, basically this a frontage road off the Interstate. After paying a cover, sat at the bar to get a drink. The bartender was really sexy, but did not seem very friendly. There was one stage in use. There were some dancers on the stage, but it looked like that was not where any of the dancers wanted to be. Can't really blame them as most of the patrons were at the bar. Was visited by a dancer working the room. She was a little pushy, but a girl has a make a living. Eventually I agreed to a private dance with her.

The private dance was $30 a song. There is a little row of small booths where these take place. The dancer did okay with the dance, but what was really creepy was the bouncer hovering around the open private dance area. It really took the fun out of the experience. Because of the bouncer hanging around, I did not want a second dance. The dancer demanded more money for the song than we originally agreed because I did not want multiple songs. I paid the extra but felt a bit hustled.

Out of curiosity, I peeked into the nude side of the club. There is an additional cover and drink minimums over there. Since there was nothing happening over there I did not stay.
