I visited this club twice: first at night, then on an afternoon. The second visit was more of a second chance for this club, as my night-time experience at Chicas Locas was pretty lame. The difference was the ladies who were working, so you might have better luck at night if the lineup changed; however, I can only recommend a daytime visit at this point. My rating of "8" is a compromise, then. The night would have rated "5," and the day would have rated "10." The club is fairly dark, and the seating is not very comfortable (although the VIP area seats are better). Regular dances take place tableside, but most seem to move to the areas along the walls near the DJ booth for those. VIP dances are in a separate area, but it is open and visible from the rest of the seating area. If a dancer wants to give you a very special dance in the VIP area, she or a waitress will arrange some of the high-back chairs to provide privacy. A "6-foot rule" is in effect for stage tipping, but it only affects the main stage. On the three satellite stages, tipping is met with very generous contact from most dancers. This is possible within the city ordinance because the dancers are only topless on the main stage, and are "fully clothed" (i.e. bikini-clad, or similar) elsewhere. They also do not get topless for lapdances, so that contact is allowed. Bottomless, I found, was a different story with the one lady who made my daytime visit a 10.
