Better than Expected, But Short of Great

The club is in a row of businesses like a storefront. A lot of clubs in downtown Montreal were set up that way. Parking around this club isn’t great, but I was there on dayshift and there was still still street parking right in front of the club. It didn’t cost anything, which was also nice. Other parts of the town had parallel street parking metered. On the way in the doorman asked for a tip but didn't specify the amount. Wasn't happy with what I gave him but he took it with a frown. He explained that the club opened at 11 a.m. because the construction workers in the area like to go by for lunch. I’d made some comment about me being surprised they were open so early, since I had found out all over town that the hours listed on TUSCL for dayshift were not quite right. Cafe Cleopatra and this place were the only clubs on saw on island that looked like they had a legit lineup during the afternoon, but I’ll admit I didn’t go out of my way to see if places like King’s Cabaret were running any dancers that early. This is one of the few clubs that has food and a kitchen, and overall I liked the place.

The look was somewhat retro. I’d wager in Montreal that the company who supplies those little silver cafe chairs must be raking in the fucking dough because every club seems to have them out on the floor. The main stage was high up where an average person will need to look up to it while standing on the floor. Keyhole style with a tunnel behind it. Looked like there's a DJ booth back behind, and I could see a waitress peeking out to see if I had any drink/needed something. 3 poles with parallel bars between the back two poles. There's a black dancer on stage that was pretty stacked but a little bigger than I like them height-wise she was probably a good 180 pounds and that's just more that's more woman than I want to deal with on my lap. Plus she looked enhanced.

Girls here were pretty decent, but not the best I've seen in Montreal. Other than a couple of lookers the other girls were average at best. Speaking of lookers, a hot blonde that looked latina had the nicest fucking tits and curvy ass. $140 and $200 quoted for some fun upstairs, but not quite what was I interested in. She was hot as fuck, though, and if I hadn't been having such a good run in Montreal I would have taken that for sure. Somewhat regretting that I didn't because the quality choices dried up late in the week other than an all time quality VIP at Bar Le Gentlemen on Thursday.
