Gave it one more chance...

After a disappointing visit a couple of months ago, I revisited City Limits on their "2 for 1" value night. My last visit had been so underwhelming that I thought I would give them one last chance. This club had been improving over the last couple of years with a strong stable of very attractive dancers. Unfortunately, that stable seems to have emptied.

As always, I showed up soon after the club opens at 8. And, as always, I was there with only one other guy. This place generally doesn't get moving until later in the night, I am told. Well, I am old and 9 pm is more like midnight to me nowadays. Quite possibly there are more dancers as the night goes on...as many don't come in until 9 or 10.

The club has advertisements stating that they were "remodeled" with a "grand reopening". I didn't really see much to the remodel job, with the exception of a couple of patriotic posters put up featuring nude dancers wrapped, literally, in the American flag. 'Merica. The club is close to Beale Air Force Base and it is obviously a nod to that facility (that used to house the nation's U-2 spy planes). Nowadays the boys at the base drop bombs in Yemen and Afghanistan with drones and they need a place to relax after participating in duties for the Empire.
