Shimmers in SE
Shimmers is on a busy street with a small less than noticeable driveway. Not much to look at on the outside but inside is totally different. Well lit and somewhat festive and larger than one would guess from the outside. Restroom was small but mostly clean. The music between sets was to my liking (90s) but the set music was dancers choice from a digital jukebox. Pleasant and attentive bartender doubled as waitress. Mostly solo guys that night, also friendly. Seems like a solid neighborhood bar with dancers.
Started with 3 dancers and eventually 5 when another shift started. A mix of spinner and BBW nothing in between. Both white and AA dancers. Little to no hustle from the girls, only one asked for a dance. She quoted me 20 a song “cheapest in town!” She said. I didn’t take her up on it but I should have as she was appealing to me and she soon left at the end of her shift. I will be back to try them out. The songs seem cut from full length however. Overall, most of the girls seemed to have their fans and would hang out with their regulars at the bar. Girls were friendly and all gave excellent stage dances. Stage side was mostly deserted though. Didn’t see if they ever used their second stage though I’m sure it’s a possibility. I think that the number of dancers probably increases on the weekends.
Didn’t try the food, but I saw what was served to another and I believe that when I return I will eat as the prices are good and it sure smelled good. If your looking for glitz and glam, not your club. But for girls that are at least average looking and for the price, my opinion is Shimmers is worth a try if you’re on the Eastside.
