What happened to this place?

I'm only in Phoenix for a week every year, during spring training. In 2016 and 2017, this was a Must-Stop place for me. Four of the best strip club experiences of my life happened in 4 separate visits in those two years. Yes, I spent big money for the private room, but man, it was worth it!

But the last 2 years, Ugh! Last year, it was all fat, older ugly women. This time, I walked in and nursed a beer for almost an hour. Not a single dancer in the place. Just as I was walking out, the manager came by to apologize that his 5 girl rotation for that time period had a 100% flake-out. He offered to buy me a drink and gave me a Free Entry Card to come back another time. I passed on the drink. I did come back on Wednesday or Thursday for awhile, but there were only 4 dancers there and none were attractive.
