What I expected on a cold Tuesday night.

It has been several years since I have visited Circus, so I ventured in on a cold slow Baltimore night around 8:30 p.m.

I was expecting the place to be dead, and I wasn't disappointed. There were a few other guys around, but I am pretty sure I was the only real customer.

The best thing about Circus has always been the amount of room. It is by far the largest of the clubs on the block, with a complete rectangular bar and stage in the middle. It feels much more like the clubs in Philadelphia and New Jersey as opposed to the cramped bars on the block.
