Should have kept on driving

I have no idea why I came in to this place. I happened to be in Greenville for work. Some dude told me to check out Godiva's before I left town. Drove up and saw the building. That was the first clue. Should have kept on moving. But I have been to clubs before that look like crap from the outside and have the best looking girls inside. Everybody deserves a chance right? Well no. Friday evening after work figures to be a busy night for the girls. Well maybe the girls who don't care what they look like decided to work this night. Maybe it was audition night and the regulars weren't working. Who knows. The selection of girls was sketchy. Or maybe this what I should have expected. There were 4 or 5 girls working. About 10 guys in the joint but nobody was tipping or getting dances. Tried to find one girl that could be ok. But couldn't find anything above a 5. Some girls should not have been strippers. Others looked like they used to be hot and couldn't give it up. Now they were washed up. I wasnt going to waste my trip without a drink so I got a beer and nursed it. Figured maybe it was too early and something better would walk in. No luck. Left after about an hour and went back to hotel.
