Technically I guess it’s a strip club

They have stripper poles, girls taking their clothes off (pasties), lap dances and sell booze. This meets all the requirements to be a ‘strip club’ but it’s not enough reason to go there. I never went to this club in the hey day (hay day?) that wallanon and others mentioned. No way they could write that now.

The basics: no cover, cheap beer ($4). Not sure if they play full length songs but when I stopped in around 6p on a Thursday the girls were playing them from the jukebox so I think maybe they were full songs. Stage is behind the bar and is huge. Whenever I’ve been in there (afternoons only) there’s never been more than 15 patrons so the huge stage is weird.

The girls dance for 2 songs and do a tip walk after each of the two songs. Because the stage is so huge, the girls may spend 2 minutes of their second (topless) song walking around collecting tips rather than on stage where they can be seen. Plus, your seat fee winds up being $15 an hour with those extra tip walks, completely offsetting the cheap beer and no cover.
