Monday, Monday

I stopped in the HL Monday last and was surprised by how slow the place was. Usually, during football season, anyway, you get a decent sized crowd on the start of the working week but I was surprised by how moribund it was.

This was partly because of the Cubans, who, as usual, took up a good 30% of the wall seats and were mainly chatting, playing with their phones and generally looking board as a fence.

I sat down, ordered a beer, tipped the server and sipped the brew and waited.
