A rare evening available, after visiting Essex and seeing no one of interest to me, I drove to Band-Aids. Got there and the parking lot was completely filled, both the spots on the side of the club plus the overflow lot behind it. I managed to grab the only spot still not taken, walked in, hoping this meant it would be a target rich environment. Never seen the lot filled like this in 20 years.

Was given a very aggressive pat down by a bouncer, license was scanned, and paid the $8 entrance fee with a $20 and got all singles in return. Walked in to a packed club, I was guessing some type of MMA event must be going on to lead to the crowd, but nothing special on the TVs scattered throughout the place. I hung out in the front room for a bit to check who was working the bar area. Pro tip: girls talking with customers at the bar aren't going to be available for dancing for awhile; they're content to literally hang out and chat forever before finally getting some dances, and then, often as not, will go back and talk some more. I don't get this, but I'm not gonna tell dudes how to have fun or dancers how to make better (and more profitable) use of their time. you can see the dancers coming out of the dressing room or bathroom in this area, as well as which ladies are hanging out at the 3-stool island by the bathroom and the other island behind the DJ booth. None interested me, so I grabbed a seat along the wall in the main room.

Band-Aids features either Latina or AA dancers, with an occasional white girl making an appearance. Tonight, I'd say about a dozen AA dancers, similar number of Latina and even 2 white gals, one of whom was sporting some enormous real boobs. Despite it being packed, there was not a consistent rotation of dancers onstage every song, which I found odd. There were just a few table dances going ($10/ea) and the VIP area ($20 dances) didn't seem overly busy, either. Turns out a dancer was celebrating her birthday there (she had a sash on), but, despite the throng, there was no one besides the aforementioned white dancer I had any interest in. She kept going back and forth to the same customers, ignoring most everyone else, and I never got to try her out. After 45 minutes of waiting for anything to pique my curiosity, I bounced out, having only spent $ on the cover. Disappointing.
